This category is open to individuals working in sales roles within cruise lines, cruise brands or their representatives in the UK. Entrants need to demonstrate how they have increased revenue, yields, customer numbers and improved account management and customer relationships.

This category is open to individuals working within marketing and PR teams within cruise lines, cruise brands or their representatives in the UK. Entrants need to demonstrate how they have delivered campaign objectives and how the outcome of their activities has delivered definable benefits to their business.

Mentoring Star of the Year

This category is open to individuals working for a cruise line who’ve consistently helped grow and mentor their colleagues over the last year. Entrants need to demonstrate the influential role they played in an individual’s or individuals’ development, explaining how they helped them reach their targets and what challenges they helped them overcome along the way

This category is open to individuals who manage teams or departments within cruise lines, cruise brands or their representatives in the UK. Entrants need to demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills, strategic and commercial direction and how they have made an impact within their business.

This category is open to individuals working in a trade-facing sales role within cruise lines, cruise brands or their representatives in the UK. Entrants need to demonstrate how they successfully engaged with travel agents in order to increase revenue, yields and customer numbers while building the line’s trade relationships.

 Rising Cruise Star of the Year 

This category is open to exceptional individuals who’ve worked in the cruise industry for a maximum of three years, and since joining have shown enormous potential in their field. Entrants must demonstrate how their passion and willingness to learn has helped them exceed their targets and drive innovation within the cruise line. This is a brand-new category which is designed to celebrate those who’ve demonstrated excellence at the very beginning of their career in the cruise industry who have a bright future ahead of them.

This category is open to all individuals working for a cruise line who’ve gone above and beyond all others in the sector. This award looks to celebrate the exemplary cruise line employee who’s personified the brand’s values and delivered success for the company, whether it’s through increased sales, employee training or executing that winning marketing message.
